Job Summary:

The Video Production Company Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality video content for our clients. This includes planning and implementing production schedules, recruiting and supervising staff, and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support production needs
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
  • Consult with government regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations
  • Liaise with authors, composers, producers, and directors to ensure smooth production
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in film or video production
  • Equivalent experience in a related field
Work Environment:

The Video Production Company Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
