About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Auto Insurance Representative to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As an Auto Insurance Representative, you will play a key role in advising new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to automobile insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and automobile dealership representatives
  • Creatively offer a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products
  • Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
  • Upsell and cross-sell other insurance products from our other departments
  • Perform administrative duties, such as answering the phone and inventory restock

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
