The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Contract Administrator to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area or Waterloo. This is a permanent role, but a contract role may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our client (prime contractor) and GHD with contract risks and develop and process change orders for GHD and other subcontractors.
  • Manage cost and schedule exposure, including monthly reporting, root cause, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain risk registers, lead or assist with risk workshops and meetings, and provide overall project documentation assistance.
  • Manage lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and Excel skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both within a team and independently.
  • Ability to be organized and assist project managers with achieving goals.
  • Proactive and take ownership of tasks.
  • Willingness to travel to the site approximately 10 percent of the time.
