Job Title: Restaurant Manager

At Jimmy the Greek, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage inventory to ensure efficient operations and profitability.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide exceptional service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
