About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at OPAL Corporate Connections.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with key clients in the agricultural market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, solicit, develop, and maintain personalized business relationships with current or potential clients to promote and sell products and services.
- Act as an account manager, being the primary point of contact between OPAL Corporate Connections and members and clients.
- Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and satisfaction with products and services offered.
- Identify and analyze client needs, develop suitable solutions, and prepare integrated service offers.
- Recommend strategies or solutions to achieve business objectives, such as increasing business volume, sound risk management, portfolio profitability, and improving business relationships.
- Monitor opportunities to support product competitiveness and participate in targeted public relations activities.
- Comply with policies, practices, and standards in force, as well as laws governing financial product distribution.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in account management in agriculture in a bank is required.
- French language skills are a strong asset.
