Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Superior Force Transport Incorporated. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer and transporting goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and Maintain Vehicles: Ensure that your vehicle is in good working condition, perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections, and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
  • Transport Goods and Materials: Safely transport goods and materials across various routes, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate with Dispatch: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Obtain Permits and Documents: Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes.
Requirements:
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence: Possess a valid Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks) and Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles).
  • Documentation Knowledge: Possess knowledge of accident or incident reports, dangerous goods occurrence reports, inspection reports, maintenance and repair reports, trans-border documentation, and trip reports.
  • Transportation Experience: Possess experience in international, local, long-haul, national, provincial/territorial, and short-haul transportation.

  • Physical Capabilities: Possess the physical capabilities to perform the duties of the job, including sitting for extended periods.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
