Job Title: Animal Nutrition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Animal Nutrition Manager to join our team at Gay Lea Foods. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the research and development, formulation, and new product development of animal feed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the quality team and ensure the highest level of quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve product performance, animal health, and productivity.
  • Identify, guide, and manage research and development activities that align with strategic priorities.
  • Provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders on animal nutrition and feeding practices.
  • Oversee quality control processes throughout the production cycle to ensure product consistency and safety.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in animal science, nutrition, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience within an animal nutrition capacity.
  • Proven experience in animal nutrition and feed formulation.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and control principles.
  • Experience leading and managing a team.
