At Royal Bank of Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management (IAM) Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining enterprise-wide IAM process models, ensuring they align with relevant industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Consult and support the strategic implementation of IAM processes across the organization.
- Develop and maintain IAM process models, ensuring they are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM processes with other business functions.
- Provide expert guidance on IAM process design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM processes.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for IAM.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
