Salary: The base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000, with additional compensation for overtime pay.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assurance Manager who can drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and lead a team of professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects, including financial reporting, taxation, and government compliance. Your excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential in driving success in this role.

Job Description: As an Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of assurance professionals in preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings;
  • Maintaining a high level of technical expertise in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements;
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services;
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CPA designation or equivalent;
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in public accounting, preferably in assurance services;
  • Extensive knowledge of GAAP, ASPE, and ASNPO accounting standards;
  • Strong management skills, including scheduling, organizing, supervising, and multi-team managing;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive rapport and business relationships with clients;
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to change;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills;
