We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Management Professional to join our team at Metro Mon as an Assistant Store Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to lead a high-performing store team, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in achieving or exceeding weekly, period, and fiscal year store goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include implementing merchandising programs, procedures, and processes to maximize operational efficiencies and profitability; working with Department Managers to establish productivity goals and operational standards; and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require a College or University education, 3-5 years of progressive management experience in retail (grocery preferred), intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and strong business acumen. Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and time management skills are also essential.
