About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the achievement of customer experience goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on products and services, and provide recommendations to clients to meet their financial needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
