Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of network problems and incidents.
  • Manage tickets, ensure operational duties are carried out efficiently, and oversee the ticket management process.
  • Design and implement network architectures and solutions.
  • Act as a point of escalation for others.
The Fit

We're looking for a candidate with well-honed leadership skills, a natural aptitude for problem-solving and collaboration, and a strong knowledge of cloud platforms.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in network engineering, administration, or support.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Fortinet platforms, such as FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer.
