Job Description:

At Oliva General Contracting Ltd., we are seeking a skilled construction laborer to join our team. As a construction laborer, you will play a vital role in the success of our projects, working closely with our experienced team to ensure that our construction sites are safe and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Paving and raking asphalt
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction

Work Environment:

As a construction laborer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and working in confined spaces. You must be physically demanding and have manual dexterity, with the ability to work in dusty conditions.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • English language proficiency
