About the Role

The De'Longhi Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Demo Specialists in delivering exceptional product demonstrations and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the National Field Manager to align on strategy, goals, and client expectations.
  2. Lead the team to consistently meet or exceed all client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  3. Communicate priorities clearly and effectively to the team.
  4. Build and maintain strong partnerships with program, store, and client contacts through regular communication.
  5. Provide ongoing feedback and insights during weekly calls with the National Field Manager.
  6. Review reporting, provide analysis, and compile compelling client-facing reports to elevate and position the demo program for continued growth.
  7. Oversee the performance development process for part-time team members.
  8. Work in-store performing De'Longhi demonstrations at least once per week.
  9. Full-time position, Tuesday to Saturday, 9am – 5pm, with weekend support and occasional evening support for Demo Specialists in field.
  10. Provide technical troubleshooting support when needed.

About You:

  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across departments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, including superior presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze results and create compelling client-facing reports.
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, demanding environments.
  • Positive attitude, strong personal drive, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Quick learner, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
