Job Summary

As a Client Advisor at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for advice and solutions, and leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients in the branch and deliver an outstanding service experience
  • Focus on education and demonstration, leveraging technology to drive solutions and retain business
  • Contribute to team results by listening and spotting opportunities to offer additional advice or introduce clients to RBC partners
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests
Requirements
  • Goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first
  • Drive and self-motivation, as well as excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
  • Personal flexibility to work flexible hours
