Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at MJS Logistics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising truck drivers, preparing production and other reports, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers and other logistics staff
  • Prepare and analyze reports on production, safety, and other key performance indicators
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Train or arrange for training of logistics staff
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet business objectives
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of experienced logistics professionals. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
