We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team at Shona Sinclair, John Pavlakis. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children in their formative years.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, with the ability to create engaging and interactive activities for children. You will be responsible for planning and implementing daily routines, including mealtimes, sleep schedules, and playtime. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for the children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

In addition to your childcare responsibilities, you will also be required to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, shop for food and household supplies, and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, preferably in a live-in setting;
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and bend frequently;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
