Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Handling: Accurately process cash transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a high level of cash accuracy.
  • Point of Sale Management: Operate the point of sale system, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train cashiers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient cash handling.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 44 hours per week
