About the Role

As a Mobile Superintendent at Homestead Land Holdings Limited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties in Oakville. This is a dynamic position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas and corridors
    • Prepare apartments for new residents, including minor repairs and touch-ups
    • Facilitate work orders and perform routine maintenance tasks
    • Conduct grounds maintenance and upkeep
  • Tenant Relations and Administration
    • Address tenant concerns in a professional and timely manner
    • Maintain positive relationships with tenants through effective communication
    • Show vacant apartments to prospective residents and provide tours
    • Collect and record incoming rents, as well as process other financial transactions
    • Serve legal documents as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Safety and Security
    • Ensure the safety and security of residents at all times
    • Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, including fire and security incidents
    • Maintain accurate records of fire safety and winter logs
  • General Duties
    • Follow an on-call schedule, providing 24/7 support as needed
    • Maintain accurate stock control records and perform other administrative tasks
    • Carry out other duties as assigned by your Manager
