Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Lead to join our team at Confundrum Escape Rooms. As the Operational Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our escape rooms, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work approximately 30-44 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks similar to those of workers supervised, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; we offer training for the right candidate.
  • Experience: Will train; previous experience in this field is preferred but not necessary.
