Administrative Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at ANSEM CORPORATION. This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to maximize their potential and workload.
  • Establish clear work priorities and ensure all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Gather data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
  • Train staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversight and coordination of office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
