Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Operations team as a Guest Experience team member. This role will be responsible for creating a strong community spirit amongst our guests and team members, while ensuring a consistently high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, anticipating their needs and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth coordination of daily studio operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our studio's offerings, including classes, workshops, and membership programs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote our studio's brand and events.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, operations, and marketing.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service or retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
