Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Dough Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Baking: Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, including frosting and decorating cakes and baked goods.
  • Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of our products meets our established standards.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
