Train and Develop Staff

Estimate and Manage Inventory

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.

Establish Work Schedules

Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Environment

Noisy work environment.

Work Setting

Restaurant work setting.

Physical Capabilities

Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and walking required.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, and initiative required.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.

Working Conditions

Permanent employment, 30 to 44 hours per week, and English language required.
