As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store appearance and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Maintain a high level of store appearance, including merchandise displays, stockroom organization, and cleaning of the sales floor.
* Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
* Replenish merchandise around the checkout area and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Follow up on hot selling items and complete markdowns and SKU changes as needed.
* Maintain planograms, labels, tickets, and signing standards.
* Perform cycle counts as required.
* Ensure compliance with all policies when selling Tobacco and Lottery.
* Ensure health and safety policies and guidelines are followed.

**Requirements:**

* Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and squat, and lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs).
