Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Processing Labourer to join our team at WHEN WE EAT. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food processing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials to and from production areas.
  • Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers for our products.
  • Remove filled containers from conveyors and prepare them for packaging.
  • Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers to meet customer requirements.
  • Feed and unload processing machines to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Conduct quality checks on products and packaging to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties to ensure seamless production.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Will train on the job to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your duties.
