  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
