Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent/Carpenter Foreman to join our dynamic Construction division.
  • This role involves supervising onsite labor and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
  • The ideal candidate must implement quality, health, and safety standards onsite through effective communication and shared knowledge with others.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Supervise and coordinate personnel and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with senior managers and support personnel to drive project success.
  • Maintain site safety and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to address project challenges.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in general construction.
  • Prior experience with lean construction systems, industrial construction, or other relevant fields would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, BIM, and Procore is an asset.
