We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Multiservices Vancouver Household Maintenance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inspect and Coordinate: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met, and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Prepare Budgets and Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaners in performing their duties and ensure they have the necessary resources.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of staff and resources.
Requirements:

  • Work Setting: Cleaning service company.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and physical demands such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
