Sales Representative

About the Role:
Gillfor Distribution is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Mt. Pearl branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing accounts, promoting manufacturer's programs, and sourcing new opportunities in the Mt. Pearl area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion all product lines and provide exceptional customer service to existing accounts
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in sales or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
