Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of employees to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and employee scheduling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in accounting software.
