We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Automation Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer support through the performance of on-site installation and overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
The ideal candidate will have a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, and experience in field engineering, working with sales teams and customers. Additionally, they will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
In this role, you will serve as a company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects and instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. You will also be responsible for participating in the establishment, measurement, and achievement of customer satisfaction metrics, and performing project management functions for customer projects including needs identification, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
