Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of our products.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers, including assisting with purchases, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and removing trash and recyclables.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales floor team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs), and bend, twist, and squat as required.
