Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Design & Sales professionals to join our team as In-Home Design Consultants. As a consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance and recommendations on custom window treatments.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home consultations with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on custom window treatments
  • Work closely with our design and installation team to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in interior design, window treatment sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
