About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scheduler to join our team at EllisDon. As a Senior Scheduler, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: You will be responsible for planning and coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all schedules are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Schedule Management: You will manage and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project timelines.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with project teams, including project managers, superintendents, and field engineers, to ensure that schedules are aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: You will proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communication: You will communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates on project progress and schedules.
Requirements
  • Experience: You will have at least 8 years of experience in construction scheduling, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: You will have a strong understanding of construction scheduling software, including P6 and MS Projects, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: You will have a degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • Certifications: You will have relevant certifications, such as a Certified Construction Scheduler (CCS) or a Certified Associate in Construction (CAC).
