Nurse Practitioner

About This Role:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents.
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.

Requirements:

• A valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration).
• Current CPR / First Aide Certification.
• Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An ability to work effectively as part of a team.
