About This Role:
">- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Deliver direct nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
Requirements:
">- A valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration).
- Current CPR / First Aide Certification.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team.
