Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team at Maaco Oakville Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and assess damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
  • Apply primers and paint to restore vehicle surfaces
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to prepare for painting
  • Mask and tape auto body surfaces to protect them from paint
  • Remove and replace damaged fenders, panels, and grills
  • Repair or replace interior components
  • Mix and apply paint to match original colors
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the automotive refinishing industry
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Excellent customer service skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is physically demanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
