Pharmacist Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy. As a Pharmacist, you will play a key role in providing safe, effective, and appropriate drug therapy to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services, including medication reviews and disease state management
  • Initiate care plans, follow up, and document patient information
  • Administer vaccines and determine appropriateness of drug therapy
  • Monitor medication adherence and collect relevant patient, drug, and disease information
  • Recommend OTC products and vitamins, and answer questions from patients requiring therapeutic knowledge
  • Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in restricted activities

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
  • Certificate of Injection for Drug Administration
