About the Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled metal fabricator supervisor to join our team at SAT Metal Fabrication Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating costs and materials, training or arranging for training, and overseeing the operation of the company. Additionally, they will coordinate and schedule activities, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and supervise workers and projects.

About the Work Environment

The work environment will be fast-paced, with the requirement to work in a noisy setting. The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience and be able to work in an assembly, construction, fabrication, installation, shopwork setting. They must also be able to supervise 5-10 people and work in a permanent position requiring 30-40 hours of work per week.

They will be proficient in estimating costs and materials, training or arranging for training, and overseeing the operation of the company.
