This key position reports directly to the Director, Nuclear Maintenance, and provides leadership and alignment for all activities related to project planning, execution, delivery, and closeout. The successful candidate will possess exceptional business development and commercial knowledge, with experience in N286 and ISO 9001 Quality execution projects.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field with a focus on nuclear construction. A minimum 10 years of nuclear industry experience, along with a strong background in business development, negotiation, and dispute resolution, are required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. Previous experience with managing consortium partners and computer skills are highly desirable.
