Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work under pressure and take ownership of work.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide confidential support to Senior Account Executives.
  • Prepare marketing, renewal, and new business proposals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, responding promptly to questions and requests.
  • Meet/exceed new business sales targets.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mutual Funds License or willingness to obtain.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation either studying or qualified.
  • LLQP (Life License Qualification) in good standing/willingness to obtain.
  • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation either studying or qualified.
