**Job Summary:**
We're looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director, Government and Regulatory Affairs at Questrade Financial Group of Companies. In this position, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing government and regulatory affairs strategies, managing strategic corporate projects, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
**Responsibilities:**
- Analyze and report on parliamentary and political developments related to QFG priorities.
- Develop data and research products to support advocacy efforts and internal decision-making.
- Organize meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers to determine key issues and how QFG can contribute to the regulatory and policy development process.
**Qualifications:**
- A university degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience in law, public affairs, government relations, policy, communications, or journalism.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in policy, intergovernmental/stakeholder relations work, and strategic communications work.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
