Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Manage revenue, cost, and cash flow to optimize project profitability
  • Oversee permanent design management and quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Coordinate project closeout activities to ensure a smooth transition to the client
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Assist in operations planning to ensure efficient project execution
  • Administer contracts and subcontracts to ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required
  • Undergraduate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years' work experience in construction or engineering
  • Experience managing engineers and project teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies in engineering plans and specifications
  • Highly motivated and passionate about delivering high-quality projects
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety, ethics, and integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and goals
