Island Health offers a unique opportunity for an experienced primary care physician to provide quality patient care in our dynamic and supportive environment. With a diverse patient panel, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and workload, ensuring a perfect balance between clinical responsibilities and personal life.
We are committed to providing our physicians with the tools and resources necessary to excel in their roles. As a result, we offer competitive compensation packages that include access to two full-time clinic rooms, allowing you to see patients comfortably and efficiently. Our team of professionals includes one other physician, two medical office assistants, and an on-site nurse, as well as off-site consultants in pharmacy, counseling, and social work.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and be comfortable working independently. This position is available for a minimum of two days (Thursday-Friday) but can be expanded to four days if desired. We also offer flexible hours, so you can tailor your schedule to suit your needs. With zero overhead costs, you can focus on what matters most - providing excellent patient care.
