About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Intello Technologies Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and coaching a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners to drive business growth and improve reputation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions to drive growth and improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges and prioritize tasks effectively.
