We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Pronto Software. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Project Managers to implement and configure solutions
  • Deliver solution training and ensure successful adoption by clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify effective business outcomes for our clients

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Consultant who possesses:

  • Deep business consulting skills with the ability to establish and grow customer relationships
  • Strong communication and analytical skills to facilitate business workshops and achieve successful solution design outcomes
  • Consulting experience in the ERP space, particularly in Plant Maintenance and Facilities Management
  • A strong understanding of core business processes and financial operational requirements
  • Ability to gather business requirements and design solutions to meet those needs
  • A systematic, lateral, and logical approach to problem resolution
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Excellent customer focus with a drive to deliver and exceed client expectations
  • Excellent time management skills, demonstrating the capacity to plan, prioritize, and organize your time and project schedules
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
