Job Title: Substitute Teacher

We are seeking a qualified Substitute Teacher to join our team at Prairie South School Division No. 210.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing instruction and support to students in a classroom setting, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality instruction to students in a variety of subjects
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Education degree and be eligible for a Saskatchewan Professional A teacher certificate.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary and benefits are in accordance with the currently negotiated Provincial Collective Bargaining Agreement and Locally Negotiated Teacher Agreement.

Selection Procedure:

Applicants will be selected based on their qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will be subject to a clear criminal records check and vulnerable sector check as outlined in Administrative Procedure 406 Criminal Records Checks.
