Job Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will lead and manage all supply chain functions at Skeena Gold + Silver, including procurement, contract management, logistics, expediting, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to secure the best value for goods and services.
  2. Ensure timely and professional service to user departments in RFP preparation, evaluations of bids, negotiation with suppliers, award recommendations, and management and close out of contracts related to materials and goods.
  3. Own the project procurement & contracts register, track and delegate package ownership to members of the Supply Chain team.
  4. Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and contractors to support long-term project goals, with a particular focus on indigenous and/or local businesses.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10+ years of directly related Supply Chain Management experience in mining, construction, or heavy industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Working within or supporting development of an IBA/IBCA in Canada.
