Healthcare Ambassador

This role serves as a key point of contact for patients arriving at our facilities for clinical appointments. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, communicating with patients and staff, and ensuring smooth and positive experiences.

• This position will work closely with patients, families, providers, and clinical staff to ensure seamless interactions.
• Responsibilities also include troubleshooting and meeting patient needs while waiting to see their provider.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities in a high-paced environment.

This role requires excellent attendance and the ability to learn new processes quickly, with attention to detail and accuracy.

A high school diploma or equivalent and twelve months of experience in the healthcare or customer service industry, or a Bachelor's degree, are preferred.
