We're looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Landscaping Team Lead. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for managing the field, ensuring quality control, and maintaining equipment. Your strong communication skills will help you support your team, resolve issues, and provide training when needed.

Our ideal candidate has prior experience in the landscaping industry and is passionate about serving others. You should be comfortable dealing with staffing challenges, customer service issues, and finding creative solutions to problems. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the field: oversee job sites, check for quality control, and ensure equipment is maintained

• Support the team: provide guidance, training, and resources to help them succeed

• Maintain records: keep accurate records of employee schedules, time worked, and other relevant information

• Analyze performance: review attendance, budget vs actual hours, return rates, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement

The successful candidate will have a clean driving history and experience driving a trailer. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire their team.
